@drp297 Problem with this approach and thinking is it delays and excuses addressing inequality and differential attainment at med school There is minimal difference in those achieving top3 preferences in random allocation vs previous. Focus on ⬇️ attainment barriers and ⬆️ meritocracy.

I continue to see a lot of noise about foundation job allocation. Mainly from "high-flyers" who seem to think that entitles them to a "better" job. And due to human nature, not much from those who are broadly happy with their allocation . 1/n
