Be wary of using @FedEx for deliveries from USA to UK. My new stethoscope arrived in UK one week ago & I still have not received it. FedEx live chat & phone numbers do not allow human conversation! Appalling service

Beware flying with @FlyLoganair as my Wife experiencing terrible customer service Manchester to Aberdeen . Flew yesterday to Aberdeen, no baggage put on plane, told it would be on following flight, 2 flights later bag still in Manchester. Loganair unhelpful as is handling agent
