Normal people distinguish the difference between fiction and reality. The authorities and the researchers TRIED to find that difference because they wanted a justification to criminalize loli content, and yet they could not. For some reason, on this topic, he refuses to look at the data and just goes with his own "internal morality" based on the same "moral panic" he is critical of.
