I used to edit 4K videos on the M1 air lol. The A18 Pro should handle it with no problem.

One Pace was made for fans who only want canon animation, not the creativity of animators to fill the spaces between. In large part because Oda encourages fans to be very detailed oriented.
Also over time the amount of Canon information in a One Piece episode was chopped in half leading to rewatchability problems because of pacing.
Either way it's mostly for fans who are rewatching the series wanting to remove the non-canon noise so they can discuss it more accurately

One Pace is the worst project ever It's made by ultra manga elitists who don't care how well animated a scene is, I can't fathom seeing something this beautifully animated and cutting from it because it elevated the manga version by 100x
