@verynetwork twice I have ordered and paid for a Silvercross stroller with foormuff and twice I have only received the foormuff! Still no refund for the first payment for this and no one will resolve and the manager who is suppose to call me doesn’t! Cant get through to complain

Ok I only received the promotion this morning. I not so bothered that you aren’t able to send it out next day but you should at least refund me my delivery charge! How can you not see that you are being totally unfair

@boohoo won’t fulfill my free next day delivery service they sent via an email offer to me this morning as they are too busy and won’t refund me the standard delivery charge I therefore had to select - seems fair. Wonder customer service I must say!
