Just booked tickets for @ODEONCinemas. Got an email and the money was taken from my account. But can't view the receipt online or the booking. No way of actually talking to anyone to find out if the booking went through. This is why you need a phone number for customer service.

@ODEONHelp Has the Varavu at 22:15 at Trafford Centre been cancelled and customers not told? I had a booking, that due it being removed from the website caused issues with other bookings I was making.

@ODEONHelp come on @ODEONCinemas fix the cea option for your aop, its been more than a week now and it's not good enough 😡 Your website is awful for booking and the phone line is only available at certain times...fix the app please!!
