Hey @ODEONCinemas, can you tell me when the promotional items go on sale for The Mandalorian and Grogu? I’ve ordered promotional items multiple times this year and when I’ve gone to collect them, they’ve been sold out.

@ODEONHelp I have just had email saying I missed my booking for yesterday. I didn't miss it. It was Sheep Detectives at Kkngston. My ticket was scanned.

@ODEONCinemas hi! Need help. A booking didn’t go through earlier today and now both our subscriptions are blocked and it says we already have a booking. Didn’t receive any confirmation email and nothing showing in upcoming booking. HELP please!! Live chat not responsive either

(1/2) Truly awful experience @odeon Wimbledon. Two adults sat beside our family stinking of cannabis and before the film passing small wraps of weed to hide in bags.Raised the issue with two separate staff to help but apparently they were “too short staffed” to assist @ODEONHelp

@ODEONCinemas cannot book a movie at my odeon on Monday with my limitless as you say I already have a booking at this time when I literally have nothing booked
