@meathead @UAPDr They do not fade out. The photons keep going until they hit something. Depends on the divergence of the beam, what they spread apart but they never fade.

@UAPDr Lasers just do not stop at a point in space. They go on and on until they fade out.

Just saw Richard Valeriani on CNN talking about Vladimir Radchenko overthrowing the Russian government! Sounds like he has taken a naval base and nuclear launch facility. Concurrently a US nuclear sub has gone radio silent for some reason??? YIKES!!!

On the way back in rush hour and moving at a snails pace, my son & I were feeling anxious & ready to be home. But then I realized I didn't actually have to be in traffic for all that long, maybe another 30 minutes tops as a delay... it'll be fine. So, I asked my kiddo to try to get the semi driver next to us to honk. He asked why? I asked if it isnt cool to hear a truck horn & that also, if the trucker is bored like us, maybe he'll think it's fun too. Sure enough, he just barely had poked his head up with his arm sliding through the window to gesture for the driver to honk and was obliged with a nice loud horn from the driver. They smiled and waved at each other. Then we got ahead for some time and he did it to another driver, who also returned with a loud horn & a big smile! As soon as traffic is starting to break, the first driver had caught up & they both threw peace signs up at each other as the semi honked real loud again as it pulled away on a different ramp to be the last time we'd pass. Ezra & I talked about how tough of a job it would be to drive for a living and how important any interaction can be for another person, in general. But especially while on the road, for the truckers doing their job. That, whether in a car or not, actions always matter. To consider others & make good choices. Anyway, that was a lot, but I also wanna come back and remember this another day, so may as well have a memory saved. 🖤
