ICE arrested Carlos Corte, a criminal illegal alien from Ecuador accused of snatching a 4-year-old little girl from a Long Island, NY, laundromat.
Local law enforcement arrested Corte, charged him with kidnapping, and RELEASED HIM with an ankle monitor — despite the fact that he is an illegal alien and there was already an outstanding warrant out for his arrest.
ICE New York’s Long Island Fugitive Operations arrested him near his residence in a targeted operation , March 31.
