Been overall getting into better eating habits and working out a little bit more. I’m down 12 pounds in the last ~60 days.
So far 45 days into having no soda, this includes energy drinks and anything else similar.
Also doing no fast food, but that one has been more difficult due to how much I travel.

How to use the Developer Console to look for LuauHeap Memory Leaks and finally unlock your game's potential:
1) Open Dev Console and tab over to LuauHeap
2) Decide if you're looking for client or server leaks.
3) Click Create Snapshot
4) Tab over to "unique References". Roblox will show you what garbage collection can't clear.
5) Now you know what memory leaks you need to fix!
*Note that with so many edge cases as the cause of memory leaks in general, and as lines change in your test server vs main server, publishing memory leak fixes over multiple updates to gather multiple batches to fix makes this less daunting.

This isn't very helpful, but I'm weary of products like Whoop, simply because buying one is like buying a car but having to pay a recurring fee for the engine to run. They're bricks without recurring payments—in no way do you have any ownership over your data.
I get that the MRR covers the cost of maintaining their software, but they are competing against companies like Apple and Garmin, that don't artificially gate the usefulness of their hardware behind a subscription.
