Getting Americans & their representatives to decline funding the government has ALREADY promised them, and that they fought hard to get, is going to be an extremely difficult task. DOGE is going to require collective sacrifice and a culture switch from: “I need to get mine!!!” to “we can get by with less” — or even better: “we don’t need a handout, we’ll do this ourselves” Culture shifts are very hard, but it feels like this one is gaining momentum And if you’re part of the 73m who voted for Kamala and the dems, or the 76m who voted for Trump and JD, this is a way for y’all to positively work together to lower taxes and stop wasting money — and eventually balance the budget! Those are things ALL Americans want
