"I heard about five to seven shots, constantly like, pow-pow-pow-pow.” CMPD said a neighbor called about the shots fired Thursday night, and officers canvassed the area, but did not find a scene. Another neighbor discovered the shooting scene the next morning outside of the apartment. Maj. Brad Koch said a woman was found dead on the other side of the door. @Avis I will do this right now. Honestly, you guys have one chance. I have several carloads of teenagers waiting to leave on a field trip to Chicago, and no vehicle as of yet.

Dear @Avis Customer Service, you've just lost a customer for life. Reserved vehicle for school field trip, & you called me 2 hours before pickup to tell me you never carry those vehicles. Need to go to the airport (an extra hour away) and pay MORE money. No help or compensation.

@FischerKing64 Wish there was a second opinion only dentist out there. One paid only to review X-rays and treatment plans. One who didn’t do any actual work. This can be done online inexpensively but would not be 100% correct. In person would accurate but be more expensive.

I had a dentist try to refer me to some gum specialist, saying I needed "surgery." I felt fine, and what he showed me didn't look weird. I said "I'm not interested in anyone cutting me." He dropped it, I later got a new dentist who didn't even notice anything. 10 years ago.

insane that we tolerate living in a society where you can go see one dentist and he's like "ya u have 13 cavities, will be $4000 to fix them all" then see another and he's like "that guy was full of shit and trying to scam you, you're fine" ???

Leave it to @Avis for the worst customer experience out there. It should not take 2.5 hours from landing to getting a rental car. All because theres 2 people working the counter and 40 people waiting for cars. Its like this at so many airports i go too.

@IJGAmatt Just played Charleston muni. Crossin the road from 9 green to 10 tee is one of the more terrifying moments you’ll ever experience. Then closing with 2 holes along one of the busiest roads in Charleston really tests the nerves. Tough course, greens are diabolical

A person with healthy teeth goes to the dentist for a cleaning. The dentist pokes their teeth with a dental probe that makes microscopic holes then sends them home. The dentist buys a fancy dinner that night. The person comes back to the dentist 6 months later. The dentist tells them that they have cavities and need fillings. The person pays thousand of dollars to get the fillings and goes home. The dentist buys a new iPhone. A year later they return to the dentist because of pain. The dentist tells them they need a root canal. The person comes back a week later for the very expensive root canal. The dentist drills into their tooth ripping out the nerve with corresponding blood vessels. Then he seals the tooth shut which creates an abscess in the tooth where blood can't reach. The person thanks the dentist and goes home. The dentist buys a new car. A couple months later the person feels sick because rotting flesh is starting to form in the abscess that the dentist made. The dentist tells them that they will need another expensive procedure. The person who no longer has healthy teeth gets the procedure and goes home. The dentist buys bitcoin. They return 6 months later so that the dentist can clean their child’s teeth. The cycle continues…

My son needs a dental operation. We have a private dentist (cannot get an NHS one) for regular visits and small procedures but they can’t do big operations. So we go with the public sector. I’ve just been on the phone and was told the waiting list is 1 to 2 years. Not months. Years. This is some Soviet BS. I need to find some way to get this done without depending on our failed state.
