$OPEN Kevin Warsh Era begins soon. I believe he is going to do whatever it takes to get the 10 Year Treasury yield down and ultimately get mortgage interest rates down. Very bullish for the real estate sector. What do you guys think?

Alright, Say whatever you want about Todd Blanche. It’s been less than a month since Pam Bondi was fired and we now have: Indictments for COVID, raids on the Learing Center, and the SPLC indicted for covertly funding the KKK. Just how much was she blocking?

🚨BREAKING:🚨PRESIDENT TRUMP, SENATE ALLIES ORGANIZING EFFORT TO REPLACE JOHN THUNE AS MAJORITY LEADER - President Trump is reportedly in close communication with MAGA allies in The US Senate including Republican Senators Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, Ted Cruz of Texas, Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee and Rick Scott of Florida, among others, putting together a plan to OUST TRUMP-HATING RINO John Thune as Republican Majority Leader and REPLACE HIM with an AMERICA FIRST ALLY of President Trump and the MAGA movement. This comes as President Trump and these Senators who support him have reportedly GROWN FED UP with Thune's efforts at OBSTRUCTING the Trump administration and BLOCKING President Trump's agenda, as well as his SECRET LATE NIGHT MEETINGS with Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Senate Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans to begin planning the impeachment of Trump and gathering the necessary votes to remove him from office in the event that Democrats take back The House in November's midterms. There is also growing concern among MAGA Republicans in The Senate about Thune's alleged DEEP FINANCIAL TIES TO COMMUNIST CHINA. What do YOU think... Do YOU support President Trump and these Senate Republicans attempting to REMOVE AND REPLACE this CHINA-OWNED MCCONNELL MINION as Majority Leader? 👊🇺🇸

@paulsaladinomd Most restaurants don’t use real butter any more. Even that “whipped butter” is probably full of added seed oils. I never eat pancakes or waffles in a restaurant because if the fake butter and fake syrup.

Texas Roadhouse “butter” is mostly butter flavor, soybean oil, palm oil and emulsifiers/stabilizers. Don’t be fooled.

Took my 16 year old to look at cars today. At first he loved the Toyota Camry we looked at, but when he saw the seats were cloth he hard vetoed it. They have another one with leather seats, but it’s an XLE and costs $5k more. How can I change his mind so I can save some money?

@naomirwolf “Saving the planet” is an emotional appeal but it’s not based in facts. Think of all the rare earth minerals to make the batteries and the additional energy to process them. Net, net, it’s no savings.

I bought a second hand 2009 Prius four years ago. A friend misplaced the electronic key. Cost me $2000 to get the entire dashboard removed and the computer system that deals with the electronic key upgraded. The car had sat for a while without the battery being used. Mechanic told me it would cost 4-5k to replace the hybrid battery. This whole time I owned it I felt so good about helping to save the planet. The repairs of the high tech systems are worth more than the car now so I had to give it away to save the cost of towing. With the new digital surveillance in autos our subjection will be complete. An old school fossil fuel engine and a metal car key give you far more power, privacy and autonomy.

@LauraLoomer 💯 they are not effective in making lasting change. Unfortunately everything that is done with an EO can be undone with another EO so these changes will not become permanent unless lost or passed or people are held accountable for their crimes.

People who work for Trump have had 15 months to dismantle radical left organizations and strip leftist 501c3s that incite violence of their tax deductible status, and not a single group has been dismantled. Many of the people who work for President Trump have failed. They wasted 15 months that should have been used codifying Trump’s executive order to take down the radical left domestic terror funding pipeline in America. You have to wonder what those people have been doing with their time. Really makes me wonder how some of them got their jobs to begin with. But, nobody wants to have that uncomfortable conversation.

@MrNeverSell Foreign jurisdictions will add a lot of complexity to their business so I totally agree with Kaz. Open needs to focus on the US and get everything built out, including all the additional services before delving into a foreign market.

@DGODS No. Not soon. We almost certainly will do Europe before Canada given the facts on the ground. But again need to get core market done first.

@FarmGirlCarrie @GigaBeers It’s much harder to tip a high percentage on a very expensive dinner. The value of the food doesn’t mean the service was that much better. Of course I would never spend $1500 out on a dinner so it’s a theoretical debate for me.

Annie Perkins went out for a meal expecting a normal evening, but it turned into something she never imagined. She enjoyed her food, talked with her group, and didn't think much about the bill— until it arrived. The total was $1,500. That was already a big amount, but what caught her attention was the suggested tip. The receipt recommended a 22% tip, which came to nearly $330. Annie felt shocked. In her mind, she had already paid high prices for the food, so she didn't feel comfortable leaving such a large tip. After thinking about it, she decided to leave $25 instead. She believed it was still a fair amount. But when the server saw the tip, the mood quickly changed. The friendly attitude disappeared, and things became tense. Soon, the manager came over to her table. He told Annie that a 22% tip was "industry standard" and expected. Annie listened but chose not to argue. She simply signed the bill, stood up, and walked out. Later, she shared her experience online. She didn't expect much, but her post spread very fast. Within a day, millions of people had seen it. Some people supported her, saying tipping should not feel forced. Others disagreed, saying workers depend on tips to earn a living. What is your take?
