Confirmed as signing for King's Lynn Town. Has clearly grown in confidence as he's accumulated minutes on the pitch over the past few weeks - exactly what he needed after such a serious injury.

SQUAD UPDATE 🔴⚪ Following a 7 day approach from a National League North club Deji Sotona has left the Albion. We would like to thank Deji for his time with us while gaining valuable match time following his long term injury. Good luck Deji. #UpTheAlbion

@chrisfi27 @MurdishawM @Finders82 You could dip your club into the ravine to fish your ball out and it would come out with no head on the shaft. And then at the end of the round some kids would sell you back all the balls they had stolen off you during the round 🤣

@MurdishawM @Finders82 St Mikes behaviour, only golf course I would stick my hand in the water after me golf ball for fear of having a few fingers missing when I take them out. Maybe that’s why Widnes folk have 6 fingers 💡 🤔

Wow, so for 15 years I paid vet insurance for my dog but now she is 15 and I guess NFU Mutual are thinking she may start to need a vet they are cancelling my policy. What a terrible service but I really should have read the small print thoroughly 🙄

@Manxy @shepherd__jo My dogs insurance is £240ish a year, and in the 5 years we’ve had him he’s had well over 10k in vet treatments. All covered by the insurance. Your suggestion only works if the pet rarely ever gets sick or needs surgery.

@shepherd__jo Starting putting all monthly payments into to a savings acct instead.....far better and if not used you get something back. The Vets and the insurers are a joke these days.

@coffeehound66 @shepherd__jo As a counter, we pay about £240 a year insurance for my dog, but he has a monthly injection that is £78 and once had a 6k bill for a spinal injury, all covered by the insurance. Not having insurance will only benefit financially if your pet is lucky enough to stay fit and well.

@RobMcKay86 Peter Schmiechel was the best goalkeeper I’ve ever seen, marginally ahead of Neville Southall. And I’m a Liverpool fan, no definitely no bias 🤣 I’ve not got a lot of time for the modern “footballer” goalkeeper. Great that they can pass the ball, but I’d swap it for a catch

Ederson’s placing on this list is laughable. The man not only revolutionised goalkeeping in this country but has 6 PL titles. The same as Courtois and Van der Sar COMBINED. Whilst undoubtedly a great goalkeeper Neville Southall’s best PL finish was 6th. Don’t get me started on Joe Hart’s exclusion.

@Michaelallen_99 @carlbcfc @KieranMaguire It's just suggestions to help spread the money about, there's enough of it in the game. No one is telling anyone what's best for them, just football fans trying to protect those less well off

Tamworth FC submit 2024/25 accounts. On the back of a televised FA Cup match at home to Tottenham the club made almost £250k profit and went from being overdrawn to having £100k in the bank.

In fact, this goal wouldn’t happen in any elite level match nowadays. Because thanks to Pep, and all those that have tried to match him, you’d never see that long ball sent up to the striker. He’d be subbed off for even considering it.

@MurdishawM @ben_brumby Hugely impressive numbers. But approach with caution. Those numbers can evaporate very quickly in the higher levels of the non-league game. And if/when you eventually stop always competing at the top of the league the interest starts to drop across the board, and so does cash

£493k in bank as of 31st December 2025 with a net equity of £2M+. Match day tickets account for only 26% of the clubs revenue, which is great going. £3k deficit between July-Dec, or about £115 a week loss. At that rate our cash reserve will run out in 72 years. #BuryFC

@LFCJacobb @andyjm_ But TNT pay the FA for the rights to broadcast so many games. The BBC are only willing to pay for, or can only afford to pay for 2 or whatever it is. If TNT weren’t showing these games the BBC still would only broadcast 2.

@UrbanRambler74 @FA A further smack in the face for countless non-league volunteer secretaries and their clubs that have been removed from the competition for unknowingly playing cup tied players over the years.

Marc Guehi playing for two clubs in FA Cup? A rule change that apparently has been passed through ‘under cover of the night’. Yet again the @FA show total disregard for the integrity of the Competition to placate a cabal of Premier League clubs.

@MurdishawM Many will consider me boring for thinking this, but it’s always baffled me why we allow drinking in airports and on planes. At least on the plane it can be controlled, but how often do people go to the airport and race through 6 pints before a flight? Should be zero alcohol

“The Football club” 🌽 @RuncornLinnets Ultimately is bigger than any player, manager, board member or individuals if the fans aren’t happy you’ll know about it and you’ll be held accountable, the same is said for the support you’ll get backed better than most at this level that’s not in doubt The collective fans are the MOST IMPORTANT people particularly with the self funding fan owned model we need to turn up for financial and team support reasons there’s no sugar coating it that’s how it survives…. Never gonna be the biggest or richest this way but we can still upset a few along the way! Well said Callum, next stop Mossley get there and back them @CallumH9210 Up the Linnets 🔰 #bythefansforthefans MM🥷

Felt weird having no midweek game... stuff has happened and we've all had an opinion, but time to back the lads who will be pulling on the yellow and green. Ello's first stint was before my time unfortunately but behind him and lawton 💯 back to winning ways please chaps 💛💚

@SCbfc13 A fair and sensible assessment Sean (I’m guessing so anyway, having not seen the games). But you don’t have to look far following a game where Bury drop points to find “that ref was the worst I’ve ever seen at Gigg” “where are the NPL getting these refs from” etc

@LinnetsUpdates Where has anyone said that? The past 3 draws have been from our own doing. Not seeing games out and putting it to bed. Nowt to do with the refs weve had

I’ve seen a few posts like this from Bury fans today. Very lucky that they get a good ref of the day they win 9-0, but have had awful refs recently in the each of the games where point have been dropped.
Rob Black@Black1eboy

Shout out to today’s ref. Thought she had a brilliant game, wasn’t afraid to make the big decisions and kept the game flowing where she could. Probably the best ref we have had all season! #BuryFC #HerGameToo 💙🤍 👏👏
