Few things on the transfer market : 1) Many targets are at the World Cup and will be focusing on that. Although worth noting medicals can still be done in camp. 2) Deals difficult to do due to every club wanting to see if they can raise their players prices due to good performances in World Cup. 3) The poor season both collectively and individually limits the want for players that Chelsea want to sell.
