RESTORATION UPDATE: A spokesperson for Duke Energy tells me the crew is running into some complications with the substation repair. Power in impacted parts of Durham is now expected to be restored around 4am. @WNCN

If you lost power and need a warm place to go Durham's Health and Human Services building at 414 E. Main St. is open until midnight. GoDurham is providing free rides from Wellons Village.
