@overdohs @SpecialSitsNews Idk, loads of energy experts sprouted out of the ground the last 3 weeks. I just see the macro. If energy stays elevated more than 3-4 months straight, inflation starts getting entrenched in the economy. If it’s just for 4-6 weeks it’s transitory.

On May 6, 2010, markets were already having a rough day, down over 300 points on worries about the Greece debt crisis. Later, the bottom fell out. The Dow dropped another 600 points in about 5 minutes. Nearly 1,000 points gone on the day. About 9%, kaboom. Then 20 minutes later, most of it came right back. This clip never gets old.

Usually with the miner ETFs I position with risk to zero due to volatility. But I don’t even need to do that here…. That’s incredible for something like SILJ.

Seeing ALOT of " im going to full port calls when $SPY see's 650. WHEN $SPY see's 650 we are still only down about 7% from ATHs. I know a lot of traders that started in April look at that like the sky is falling, but I assure you its not. Ill be looking to size into longs IF we get a move to 610--615. THAT would be a great opportunity. Do we get there? We'll see. That would be about 12% from ATHs. Very probable. Every year since 2017 ( excluding 2021) we have seen a 10%+ drop in $SPY.

Getting really excited about this pullback in the metals and miners. Some extremely attractive companies down 20-30%+ over the past 1-2 months. Great time for those with lots of cash ready to deploy once bases start forming. Love it.
