So proud of this little baby book. I created it on my phone, mostly while nap trapped, with an app that I also built mostly on my phone with @claudeai. AI is a gift for creatives. The limits on execution are no longer technical, but mostly to do with opinion and patience.

Building agents now is like building geocities sites in 1995. It’s an amazing skill and definitely where the world is going. Dozens of jobs will be extinct because of agents by 2030. But the value will happen in 2 years when someone builds the “google” of the agentic world

Has anyone built the Judgeme version of Triple Whale yet? We pay over $1K/mo for triple whale (10-20x a claude subscription), it should really be ~$25-50/month. Only features we need: - Daily PnL dashboard + all Shopify analytics - Integrate ad and sales channels - Integrate subscription data - Slack/email reports - LTV charts That's it, don't need any of the AI or agent stuff, that's all done inside of Claude. Just be a nice looking API wrapper for shopify data and ad channel data and price yourself appropriately. Hopefully a cracked software builder in ecom can do this, there are thousands of stores waiting to churn legacy expensive saas and sign up.

Over the weekend, @FelixCraftAI and I significantly improved how we collaborate.
Each morning he creates a new Polylogue document with:
- Yesterdays stats / revenue / accomplishments
- Open items he's waiting on me for
- Ideas for him to tackle today based on his goal (generate $1m through his business)
While I have coffee I review the plan, make tweaks, then reply letting him know it's approved and he creates his goals for the day from it.
Each heartbeat checks his daily progress against his goals, allowing him to kick off significantly more work throughout the day without me having to constantly nudge him.
This has been HUGE for letting him run more autonomously, definitely recommend.

One goal I want with my Openclaw "Snapper" is to have it switch models for different tasks. Like Haiku for simple tasks, Sonnet for moderate tasks, and Opus for intensive tasks (coding). Does anyone know how to do that? Also how can I make my clawdbot spawn other clawdbots?

One thing that's blowing my mind from reading the Gospels and their history: Jesus seems to be talking about Heaven *arriving on earth*
There's little evidence that he was talking about a Heaven the soul ascends to after death if you're a good boy
Moreover there's not much evidence that Jesus believed in a Hell where your soul descends to suffer eternal torment if you're a bad boy
Overall, his example – as God incarnating in a human body – and his word seem to be teaching about God transforming society, the body, the world of matter
This is so radically different from contemporary Christianity that I feel confused

I canceled avalara nearly 2 years ago.
I still get emails about renewing. They act like the account isn’t canceled.
I reply every time with proof of canceling 2 years ago.
Apparently my account is at risk of suspension if I don’t pay.
Avalara is truly the worst saas I’ve ever used.
