@WR4NYGov @WR4NYGov Cells laying sideways makes no sense and is not practical packaging wise. Also covering the full length of the bed would make the bed-trunk unusable, also better for centre of gravity having it near the bulkhead, not to mention crash protection from rear impact.

I wonder if Tesla considered making a range extender that was the full length of the bed and half the height. This might make the bed more usable. The cells are 8 cm tall. Maybe thinner wouldn't be possible? If you put the cells on their side they're 4.6 cm in diameter ... @baglino

Had to update my phone and guess what I found? Go to: settings-battery-battery health&charging-Clean energy mode? “Clean energy mode” decides how to allow your phone to charge based on your “carbon footprint.” Turn it OFF. This ain’t China, yet. Pass the word🤬

@missnicely @ProudAm1984 @realMeetJames @johnrich But its really not. As i said before if you have 100 million phones charging at 10w thats 500Mega watts of power. The size of a medium size power station. Over one hour thats enough to drive a fleet of electric cars for 2 million miles.

@elonmusk @MKBHD @elonmusk What about primary dedicated bays at the extremely of the supercharger bays designed for vehicles with charge ports on the opposite side to Tesla vehicles? This would help reduce non-Tesla vehicles effectively blocking 2 bays at once.

SUPERCHARGING IS BACK ON MY SALVAGE MODEL 3!! I plugged in a destination and the car was preconditioning the battery and routed me to multiple superchargers!
