It’s taken me a few days to process what an amazing election this has been. It was an honour to witness (and be a small part of) decades worth of hard work culminating in @PaulKohlerSW19 being elected with a 12,000 majority ! So proud my hometown now has a brilliant Lib Dem MP 🔶
I’m missing our dear friends Paddy and Charles especially today.
They would have loved these results – especially seeing the Liberal Democrats winning back their old seats in Somerset and the Highlands!
With the Kohlers. Had a lovely conversation with a mum who said their daughter’s teacher was going to be “Ms Kohler, next year!” They were so excited!
@PaulKohlerSW19 will be an amazing MP. Let’s get him elected
#VoteLibDem in #Wimbledon today
The last evening of this general election campaign and the team is out in Raynes Park with @PaulKohlerSW19 - our local champion and the best placed candidate to beat the Tory here.
🗳️Vote Paul Kohler, Liberal Democrat in Wimbledon and New & Old Malden tomorrow.
Had an ace (😉) time volunteering at Wimbledon Station this morning, welcoming tennis fans to our wonderful town and directing them to #Wimbledon2024🎾
Great to meet some of the fabulous staff at @SW_Help who do excellent work helping the tournament run smoothly for visitors.
I never thought I would be a politician, and then one night my life was changed.
In less than a week, Wimbledon face a choice of who they want as their MP. If I have the privilege of being elected, I will continue to fight for our community and stand up for our values.
I was pleased to welcome @EdwardJDavey for his second trip to Wimbledon during the election campaign.
We’re now 2 v 1 up against the Tories in the leaders’ visits tie-break.
But as their latest cabinet member’s visit shows, they still haven’t given up on winning the match🎾
A fantastic day of speaking to residents across the Wimbledon constituency today.
Thank you to everyone who is backing @PaulKohlerSW19 - find out more about Paul and his priorities for Wimbledon and New & Old Malden at mertonlibdems.org.uk/paul-kohler

Yesterday, we were lucky to have @munirawilson join us on the doorsteps. We had a fantastic reception - people in Wimbledon are fed up of this government being taken for granted and know the only way to get rid of the Conservatives is to vote Lib Dem for @PaulKohlerSW19.
@AJ_Fairclough@PaulKohlerSW19@carolvorders Yes Wimbledon is clear Lib Dem now
We were unofficially told that Labour are sending their people to other more winnable nearby seats
