@TfL your railway replacement bus system between New Malden, Berrylands, and Surbiton is actually quite poor! No officers to help anyone out, almost ZERO signages at the bus stops to inform passengers. Even bus apps and bus map websites are not reliable. Appalling!

@SW_Help literally right after I sent this it says lines reopened. Will we be able to get off at Weybridge with our SNS-BFN tickets? our tickets are one way only

@SW_Help booked a ticket to BNW due to nothing going from SNS to WYB. It says the 12.46 was going to WOK hence we booked rather than. It has now changed to WEY. I presume we will get booted off at VIR which is not any closer to Brooklands than SNS. Where can we even get off???
