The lack of correct use of grammar and understanding of the English language by @AdmiralUK on their Webchat is absolutely appalling at best. The staff don’t make sense when writing and don’t have the ability to understand what’s been written!!!
@TheRAC_UK you should be ashamed of yourselves telling a 72 year old lady she has to wait around 8-14 hours for recovery late into the night when it’s cold and her car isn’t running. This is why I left this incompetent excuse of a company. Not fit for purpose

So yesterday I went into my local @ToolstationUK store. A lot of catalogue stock has now changed with no way of checking because there was no internet coverage in the store to use the app. Maybe it’s time to realise it’s 2025 not 1980!!! @Screwfix are years ahead of you!!
@SwansOfficial you should be refunding fans for that trip to Bristol today because what I witnessed was an incompetent unprofessional so called football team who had no idea what was going on. The standard set pieces were awful
I’m so annoyed at @AdmiralUK with the excuses I’m getting for an ongoing claim. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I’ve been with them for many years but that’s about to come to an end and I will get an answer
So it’s done. Credit to @thgorringe and @SwansOfficial - they moved quickly and got their man. The feel-good factor is back.
Anyone expecting instant results could be in for a shock though. There are real reasons to be positive, but patience will be key.

@currys whilst visiting your Llanelli store today one tv was overpriced by £600. When I asked a member of staff about your price match guarantee he didn’t know what to say so it’s safe to say we have now bought the Tv elsewhere. I was not impressed with his incompetency at all
@TheAA_UK my renewal price for my fleet cover has gone up 200%. When I called within 5 minutes it was half of my renewal price. Online I can get it cheaper again. Talk about screwing your customers over. Good riddance. No wonder this country is f***ed
