@VeryCansado Not quite. It's actually less than that. This whole bit started because Ashley accidentally pronounced Chernega, the last name of a chatter who donated, in a way that could be misheard. This is a callback to that awkward moment earlier in the stream.

@paradxxa In this case I think it's primarily because of the prevalence of Tamagotchi, which is in itself a three layered pun based on the word tomodachi, making people associate the two. My Japanese phonetics are fairly good and I'll accidentally say tama in English b/c of tamagotchi.

Luffy doesn't choose crew members based on their usefulness/role with the sole exception of Franky. Yamato theoretically wants to fulfill his dream of seeing the world outside of Wano, so he would fit right in. And like other people have said he would make a good chronicler.

What happened to Zelda really saddens me. Fans of the original games and fans of the wild era games are fans of completely different things, and it so happens that the most popular games by far the the wild era ones, so 70% of Zelda “fans” have no love for the soul of the series.
