Bowman needs to pull off several big moves during this offseason. If he doesn’t, McDavid is gone. There is zero reason to hold onto any draft picks or prospects. It’s either back to the finals or rebuilding time.

@sportsjunkie007 It’s blacked out everywhere that isn’t the local viewing region. It’s not the NHL, it’s Rogers. They want you to buy their premium package which includes all blackouts— which is why I have no issue streaming the game online. Fuck Rogers.

Just watched the highlight reel. It didn't look like Seattle was able to do much against our boys. It's shocking that it took until the final weeks of the season to put together a winning streak. Astounding it was accomplished without Draisaitl.

@mattwing1973 It was a review bombing. Most of the people writing those reviews couldn’t be bothered to actually watch it. Here’s a crazy thought— maybe critics actually thought it was good. Look at the IMDb reviews in reverse timeline, you’ll see what actual viewers thought of the show.

@ManyFacedDog I don't think critics reviewed the show from a POV of the fan base, positive ones highlighted the YA aspect. The only person I know that watched it compared it favorably to Potter. Doesn't help it's set in discovery's era. The hardcore fans seem to have boycotted it. I did!

@mattwing1973 @cselley There are some of us that still by albums. I owned a record store for 20 years. I do get your point though, live shows are the primary profit engine for most artists/bands.

@mattwing1973 @cselley I have no issues with ticket prices, as long as it’s the artists that get the bulk of the funds. I do have an issue when only a small block of tickets are available to fans, so TM can profit twice by selling to resellers.
