So @easyJet, it was the ‘weathers fault’ in Innsbruck that our flight was cancelled. Yes I agree. BUT it was not the weathers fault the incompetent staff FAILED to notice our plane HAD actually landed-and to watch our plane TAKE OFF TO BRISTOL! And to be sent to GATWICK instead!!
