earlier during a desperate insomnia sleep i had a dream that the gerbils died. they turned to sludge in my hands and i kept trying to mold them back together and it wouldn't work. the family dog is being PTS in 12 and a half hours. it is not good.

took tyson for a walk and my hips and right knee just went. they were done. so, so painful. i don't know if it is best to keep walking the pain off or just sit there and not move. my opinion about having arthritis now is that it bloody sucks.

So it's something best left to the professionals in charge of her care.

i should have been 2 years sober yesterday. after 11 months i had a massive relapse and i had multiple slip ups until october. i am only 4.5 months sober. i feel like a failure. but i must remember every time i relapsed.. i got back up and tried again, because i want to be sober.

I am just kinda staggered how someone can watch these three minutes, see the total lack of off ball offensive movement compared to today's game (as well as the lack of help defense), and say "look at the sets." No disrespect to these guys either, basketball has just evolved.

on top of the RA i've been awake for over a day - yet again. this is the second time in 7 days. i was awake for 2 days, and now over a day. i hope this isn't a trend for the entire month. it's nearly 9pm so i'm gonna try and sleep soon. i feel like i'm going crazy with insomnia.
