Today in Rock History March 31, 1984 Mötley Crüe’s Shout at the Devil peaked at #17 on the US album chart, fueled by hits like “Looks That Kill,” “Helter Skelter,” and “Too Young to Fall in Love.” Shout at the Devil was released on September 26, 1983, and marked a significant step up in production and songwriting for the band compared to their raw debut Too Fast for Love. It eventually achieved 4× Platinum certification in the U.S.

Sad news, just hearing about the passing of ICW historian Eric Westlund.










Many curiosities persist over the widely ridiculed 'equity card' system at the 2026 NDP leadership convention. Despite numerous clips going viral of attendees expressing disappointment over the cards and their functions, a last minute resolution was passed to expand the system.
