Get your space news from a credible source, and try not to engage with posts without confirming the content They’re not at the moon yet That earth photo was taken during Apollo The lighting is inconsistent The scale is wrong The phases are wrong The caption is wrong This is just one of several posts I saw today like this, and they all were very highly engaged. Why does it matter? When people point out that the story doesn’t line up, people start distrusting spaceflight in general. Then you get more people that start wondering if any of it is real. It’s a big problem.

So they managed to take the first picture from "outside the craft" about 50+ years ago with a technology processing that equals to roughly a modern day pocket calculator. And now after all that time, and with all the modern day technology with digital transceivers and satellites for communications, HD and even 4K video and pictures they can't replicate the same thing? For the lack of even HD quality video I just call Bullshit on the whole thing! Sorry for all the people who really want to believe it. But after all this time of 50+ years and such a focused on narrative and hype about this whole thing the coverage of this has been shockingly shit! from the amount of coverage to the quantity and quality of the video and image footage!! For crying out loud. Started weathering and the paint has just come off the wing with the white spirit. I had varnished before hand as well. Only happened once before grrrr. I'll go off and sulk and come back another day to see if I can recover it.
