Hypothetical Q. If there was a pt who could not receive IV therapy & had 4/4 MRSA bacteremia persistently for >4 weeks despite LZD, & had moxi+rif added as additional agents out of desperation, & immediately blood Cx cleared, do people think that would be worth case reporting?
