@bookingcom I don’t have a confirmation email with number and PIN. I am stuck in a perpetual loop with automated response, can’t talk to anyone and no one helping. I’ve provided all info, email not in junk and hotel has confirmed the booking. Customer service is appalling..help

@bookingcom Yes that is what happened and despite me acknowledging this, providing full details inc hotel name, booking dates, booking number provided by the hotel, etc I’m still getting no where. I’m currently waiting for a reply to get another pointless email reply from your team
