Waarom bestaan er nog contracten @totalenergiesbelgium wanneer ze eigenhandig beslissen om deze te herzien van een vast naar variabel tarief zonder enige communicatie! Meermaals contact gehad met klantendienst maar niemand kan je helpen. Dit kan toch niet!!! @VTMNIEUWS @vrtnws

It’s been 2 months now that @KLM @airfrance charged me twice for a flight and not even have the decency to solve the problem. Didn’t get any update or feedback since but they do say they value their customers? 🤣🤣Who have also unfixed problems with them? @theairhelper
