Manage to finish the Kintyre Way Ultramarathon 50km/31mi on Saturday. Gorgeous weather but roasting hot, and some amazing views along the way. Slower than anticipated due to the heat and a knee issue, but was happy and thankful for a grand day out. Type 2 Fun definitely:)
