Is anyone else awaiting a refund from @debenhams. Been waiting weeks, cant speak to anyone and just a string of empty promises when you'll get you're money back? Totally unacceptable. @boohoo
Having serious issues trying to get assistance with an order returned to @Debenhams and no matter which platform I use WhatsApp and emails, I can not seem to get any help! I can not believe the lack of service from some a huge company. Shocking & absolutely unacceptable!
@loisgardner27@bookingcom I’m having the same issue with @bookingcom refusing to offer any compensation apart from 25 euros as a gesture when we paid £2400!! Telling me to take it up with the hotel directly but I’ve told them already they won’t help. I’m now looking at court proceedings…
@bookingcom Absolutely appalling you are still pursuing the offer of 25 euros, shocking!! Where is your duty of care for your customers. Even if the hotel are refusing to offer any form of reimbursement (not surprised!) you should have policies in place to compensate your customers.

After having a holiday from hell due to a poor hotel in Turkey claiming to be 5 star we are seeking for customer services @bookingcom to take some form of accountability & assist with compensation after we have sent a formal complaint with photos & videos as evidence, a preview..
@bookingcom We made our 1st complaint the day we arrived but you didn’t assist, we then incurred more serious issues before returning home on 5th Sept when we then made a formal complaint & today you have offered €25!! We spent over £2k so this is an absolute insult.

We had many issues but this was the final straw which I had to record & explained why my daughter & husband caught sickness bugs. This hotel do not care about their guests & the whole experience has left us never wanting to return to Turkey again #holidayfromhell#turkeyholiday
Can someone at @inthestyleUK please offer some assistance with a return that I’m trying to make with being just outside the 14 day period due to being away and missing this deadline. I’m sure you can make an exception & offer a credit at least but so far getting no help…
@IKEAUKSupport I have just sent you a DM to explain all the inconvenience this has caused & I really hope you can help in rectifying this issue & offer some form of compensation better than £20 when a days annual leave has gone out the window &we have been charged cancellation fees etc

Thanks to @IKEAUK/@IKEAUKSupport for your poor delivery service. Spent over £1k on furniture, a day off work to wait for your delivery to now be told you can not deliver (after I called you to chase for an ETA) also charged to cancel an installer for tomorrow & you only offer £20

@hampers I have already done this and your customer service have just replied with a tracking number that does not even work! We should not be going through this stress 4 days before Christmas and would expect someone to actually pick up the phone and call us to resolve ASAP!
