@MiddleMoney How often is the tram - hopefully not hourly like the overnight trains?
English

Guys how did this blow up? Why y'all so interested?
That said - I think some of this load should be reduced by adding new services to parallel routes like 6 and 58 instead of boosting 19 frequency and I think that's the best way.

Sometimes I wonder what they talk about. Are they friends? Are they introverts who all just sit there? Do they only talk to members of their own class? Is there some Romeo and Juliet thing going on with one of the trams based up at Malvern? Saddens me that I'll never know.

@literar63 Card flipping seems to mean moving myki cards into an account based system (this is same system with credit card taps) so that past trips are not longer stored on the card, it's currently on both the card and cloud with the card being the primary source of truth.
English

Good to know the future stages: first fall fare for all modes, then concession & regional areas, then "card-flipping" and other options for tickets. Unfortunately detailed planning hasn't started which they better get on to to figure out how to preserve seat reservations and such

OK, stop what you're doing and stand. For the state Auditor-General has entered the room. Carrying this report on modernising myki. It's on track for its reset timeline, but there's risks. More here: audit.vic.gov.au/report/moderni… #springst

@disco___cat Some Melbourne trams do this frequency. 19 and 96 particularly.
English

@aussiewongm No reason you can't use it I reckon if you're going to Footscray, State Library or Town Hall.
English

@MiddleMoney Yup but this is the public area of T1 (international)

@_colourmeamused Yeah I think I will too while everything is still 220c

Good time as any to remind you that flights longer than 4,000 km account for about 6% of departures from Europe but nearly 50% of emissions from passenger aviation.
