I met George 10 yrs ago—at Chicago Ideas Week. He talked about the ecosystem of universities, laboratories & businesses in Chicago contributing to the clean energy transition. I was new to the city and this was eye opening. He has been a big influence in my life & I will miss him

I love #Heartstopper and from the messages I have had in the past 12 hours it is clear to me that the show means a huge amount to so many people. I said it has saved lives. I’ve read messages from people telling me it saved their life. Literally. Visibility and equality matters

In the US military, the trans ban needs to be the law. Congress needs to pass @RepBrownley’s HR 4845 & @kaikahele’s HR 5776 for an advisory committee & center for #LGBT veterans in @DeptVetAffairs. Military leaders at all levels need to stand up to homophobic language & behavior!
