X @Premium support appears to consist entirely of an AI chat bot named “Kai” which is incapable of answering even the simplest of questions. This was the question I asked: “How do I speak to a human, at X, to get some clarification around X rules enforcement?” I asked that question 3 times, via @X @Premium DM. Each time, it took roughly a full 24 hours for a response to appear (which is insane by itself). And each response included “My name is Kai”, and appeared to have no clue what I was asking. Sometimes it was simply confused… other times it hallucinated a completely different question that was not asked. Exactly like a poorly written AI chatbot. To @elonmusk & @nikitabier: How can paying X customers talk to a human regarding support and account issues? Surely this mildly broken “Kai” AI chatbot can’t be the only support option? If X is hoping to become a financial institution… it needs actual support. Otherwise the results will be disastrous.
