@MonogramAppl Who are you referring to? You are the manufacturer and make decisions…Bodewell is not willing to exchange your product. They’ve been changing parts hoping to find the problem. It’s your product and reputation. I’ve seen others complaints.

@MonogramAppl Please make sure they call numbers provided… That’s another issue. The Case Manager rarely calls back. We are totally disappointed with the product and feel like we’re getting the runaround…! I’d like this taken care of ASAP!!!

@MonogramAppl @BBBTriCounties @BestBuySupport Case number 18319475 is the latest that I have. Now your Bodewell Appliance Care team wants to offer me 6 more month on top of the 2 year warranty. I don’t want it… What I want is for someone to make it right and exchange this unit for a new one.

@MonogramAppl expensive fridge( Junk) Been using from end of June. Only to be on the phone and have techs from Bodewell come out and try to guess what’s wrong and try numerous parts ect. They’re giving me runaround til this warranty expires! 😡

4 service calls in a month with a 5th scheduled for next week. The last repair was replacing the door which resulted in a leak caused by bent hinges during the door replacement. @MonogramAppl please make this right. Replace this unit!

@MonogramAppl your website is completely broken. Clicking on any of the appliance categories (i.e. Cooking) results in a page with no products. Subsequently, “Feedback” button on your website also doesn’t work. Not a good first impression for someone doing a full kitchen remodel

@MonogramAppl what the hell? Parents paid ~$3,500 for an induction cooktop that had to be repaired within the first 30 days. After the fix, it completely stopped working!! Bad products, Worse Support, Crazy costs!! Don’t BUY!

@MonogramAppl Just curious if this is a recall or if a lawsuit has been filed? Have had countless techs “repair” this issue, but from my conversations this is a known problem with a drip pan and moisture causing the fan to freeze. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars on food…
