The best part of this movie was how much platforming was in it. This is this first film one could categorize in the "platformer" genre
So many action scenes are running + jumping through obstacle courses where they could have been just blah fights or chases you zone out during.

Like some people might use that to BAG on Lee and I get it, but yeah like when he started in comics....it was not a career it was something you just did that you hoped paid the bills for a while

@SwannMarcus89 Healing factor was brutal. I could deal with psycho Victor as a neat alternate take but the monster healing faster and more painlessly than Wolverine was so corny and unearned and added nothing. The monster needs to be mortal, it's part of life.

I also loved Nosferatu so operatic insanity is not a problem for me. The difference is Nosferatu’s changes were not universally inferior to the source material, like every change in Del Toro’s Frankenstein
I also think Eggers is just a better director than Del Toro at this point

I can’t be the only one who thinks Del Toro’s Frankenstein was bad. It’s an incredibly stupid movie that replaces the fundamental meaning of the original book with bombast and explosions. It legitimately sucks and I will die on this hill

One thing schools have slowly learned over time is that it's almost NEVER a good idea to skip kids ahead a grade.
It very often seems imperative, it really does.
But I started school a grade ahead, have spoken to many others, nearly zero % of cases feel it was a good thing.

That’s kind of why I love it, but I also think it reveals issues people forget about people might not remember but the TMNT creators ended up in a lawsuit where he Fred claimed he cane up with every thing and it was a nightmare for the creators

The big thing giving me agita is whether they'll still allow you to exclude spousal income if you file seperate

@vanillaopinions @mn007vevo No reason whatsoever, there's just two tiers of IBR arbitrarily. Pre 2012 is 15%/25 year forgiveness, post is 10% and 20 years. Old IBR people had RePAYE as an option but not anymore.

Okay I'm going to talk about this, Marvel doesn't do elseworlds like DC.....they have some but ones that are great for getting into are HARD many of the comics will touch 616 even a little and many of their au's are full universe onto themselves.

@ImNotOwned Some form of IBR is baked in by legislation but no idea how that is gonna square with like, courts ruling that all forms of IBR are illegal the new admin dropping the case. My biggest hope is that Trump doesn't see it as a priority and they let it revert back to the old options.
