Did you know that Euro-pegged stablecoin market cap doubled in the 12 months after MiCA was implemented? It's approaching €1 billion as more demand comes online, driving diversification from USD stablecoins.

The thing about tokenizing receivables, small real estate farms, and so on is that the vast majority of stablecoins are USD-pegged, even though hundreds of millions of people need EUR instead. Mosaic is building the full Euro-pegged layer on Reef now.
