@MrsBnow Hi Frances, we don't have a means to escalate. We aren't able to expedite locker repairs as these have to be done correctly and will take the time that is necessary, and can sometimes be delayed whilst we secure the required parts. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

@InPostUK Day 8 of the broken locker in Goring, customer service are useless and just read off a sheet. Six parcels stuck in the locker and 3 returned for non-delivery. Measure of a company is how they act when things go wrong and can honestly say you have been beyond useless.

@InPostUK Me again checking on an update as we are now onto day 12 of the locker being broken. Is there a way to escalate this as it really is becoming unacceptable to just keep saying we are working on it and know it’s broken.

@InPostUK Do you have a timeframe on when or how long on average it takes to repair? Why can’t someone go and manually take the parcels out instead of just leaving them there infinitely? Surely you have contingency measures for these scenarios.

@InPostUK I am the seller for the 6 parcels so have contacted my buyers but as said before how you deal with issues is the most important thing and just saying call back and we know there is an issue with no estimated date or same story day after day tells me your tech isn’t up to the job
