@InPostUK But this isn't the point! I have repeatedly reported this and still its happening even though the locker is fine as I used it to drop off and collect!! Happens at least once a month regularly

@InPostUK next time you are thinking about any design changes to the lockers please consider having a pull out compartment. I’m 5ft 1 and have just injured myself trying to get a parcel that was thrown right to the back of the top locker - not a complaint just a suggestion 👌

@LoveBites_Brodz Once the parcel is stored in our locker from the sender just make the request via our app and the courier will see the accessible compartment request and do their best to store the parcel in a lower down locker 😊

@InPostUK After 3 weeks of a back and forward only to he told you've "NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOCATE MY PARCEL AT DEPOT!" Absolutely poor service from you! So disappointing my parcel was significantly big and heavy! How could you habe lost it is mind boggling! Lost a loyal customer

@InPostUK Just to confirm no notifications have been sent to recipient Paula Nessling regarding JJD0002233573615648. Nothing since 22nd April advising parcel on way. Nada. Parcel has not, repeat not, been collected. Please advise what steps have been taken to investigate. tks

@InPostUK Thank you for your response but I do think this is very poor service. No notification that parcel not being delivered, no response after 24 hours as to what investigations have revealed. Meantime there is a missing parcel. This is not a good advertisement for Inpost.

@InPostUK No thanks, literally 50% of the codes you send don’t work, it’s so frustrating & such a waste of time. I’m watching my parcels in the shop & I can’t collect them because your codes don’t work. As regards trying to sort issues out via your #App well that’s a whole new experience!

@InPostUK It’s absolutely ridiculous that around half your bar codes aren’t recognised or work whenever I go to the allocated store to pick up my items. I’ve just seen my parcels in the store but I’m unable to collect them because your barcodes don’t work! #customersupport
