@qvcuk have you always had a policy of charging twice for p&p? I paid £3.95 for postage on jeans and when returning got charged £3.99. When I got my refund, it turned out I’d paid £7.94 for the privilege of trying on a pair of jeans!

@qvcuk please help me! My partner bought me a beautiful Firelight ring but sadly my partner died on Valentine’s Day. I needed to return the ring to help pay for the funeral. It’s been lost on its way back to you. Sent it via Evri because I’m a mess at the moment.

@qvcuk getting very fed up of the awful service from evri. Losing faith in ordering from you. My ordering has massively reduced because of this. Yet again they waste my time and mess me around with several time slots an delivery days, just a joke now 🤬

@qvcuk Returned faulty Shark cleaner to QVC 24/01/26 via Evri courier who has confirmed it was returned to you giving courier and round number. Evri don't give receipts. Despite numerous phone calls still awaiting refund. Only recieve excuses/ stalling tactics from QVC.

@qvcuk Hi I thought on a Monday it's supposed to be questioned and answer not pictures every time when Charlie is on he always want pictures of bees and wasps I sent my question in and it looks like it's not going to be answered because of the pictures I am very angry and frustrated????

@qvcuk hi me and my mum are disappointed because I thought on the QVC style that it was Sutton vegetables and fruit why is it not on it should have been on at 6 p.m. I had my card ready disappointed in the show I was looking forward to it all day???????
