@WestMidRailway since the timetable changes at the end of May, I am yet to see the more reliable service I was promised. I'm unclear as to why there are now 2 fewer trains between 8 and 8.40 for the morning rush hour, given how busy they are. Nor am I sure why the 818 from Rowley

@ChelseaPeersNY I ordered on 26 November and still don't have my parcel although it has apparently left your warehouse. I tried emailing you yesterday but got no response. They're Christmas pyjamas and December will be over at this rate!
