The heart we bring to what we do has to be apparent in everything - in every interaction, every lesson, every duty, every family phone call. Love is the "tool" in our "toolkit".

@GraceHalden Additionally, this is why I find it so difficult to engage with Twitter. Work email is less triggering because it's at least directly linked with my organisation, but the inadequacy of the amount of posts about work but outside of work is crippling.

Let me explain what happens when you send upsetting emails late on a Friday: it affects the mental health of that person all weekend; it affects their 'downtime'; it affects their interactions with others; it makes them anxious; they have no power of response. DON'T DO IT.
