@UOHelpMeEurope Hi it’s nearly 3 weeks later and I still have no resolution to DHL collecting o/n tp34210982. Twitter,7 emails, 2 incorrect tel nos , being cut off 15 mins into a call. Nothing is working. I am really unhappy with UO!

@cottagescom In the same boat. 5 households booked into one property and Impossible for us to go under government guideline but no one at either @cottagescom or @yorkshirecotts will acknowledge this properly via email or DM and cannot speak to anyone in person. My 90 yr dad is so stressed

@cottagescom i keep trying - unsuccessfully -to talk to Yorkshire Cottages on the phone. I have emailed and had only an automated reply since 9 June. What do i do to speak to someone? I certainly hope i am not charged for my time spent on hold.
