@AskDyson Very frustrated about the non-delivery of my order—still showing as "Pickup Scheduled" almost a week after order. Your chat/call centre just say that it has been escalated, I'll get an update in 24 hours. But no updates, no meaningful explanation and no delivery.

@AskDyson hey have to say the Dyson fan is a disgrace. Doesn’t heat up enough and certainly doesn’t get cold enough. I’ve got it pointed right at me just now and I’m still melting. £400 wasted.

@AskDyson sent my Supersonic in for repair, paid £99 they replaced motor but now blows crazy hot burning hair and scalp. Now told wait till 25Jul to pickup again to re-repair back in a week. Unacceptable. Bad enough my hair is damaged from dryer now I have to wait forever.

@AskDyson DYSON TÜRKİYE DOLANDIRICILIĞI Dyson’un resmi web sitesi üzerinden Hepsipay ile ödeme seçeneğini kullanarak Hasret Mini Cool Fan isimli ürünü 4.999 TL bedelle satın aldım. Ödeme, 1 Temmuz saat 11.48’de Hepsipay üzerinden havale ile gerçekleşti, kesinlikle kart ile ödeme yapılmadı. Hepsipay işlemine ait banka teyitli referans numaram da bulunmaktadır: 4631361763. Bankam ve Hepsipay üzerinden yaptığım kontrollerde ödemenin başarıyla gerçekleştiği ve karşı tarafa aktarıldığı teyit edilmiştir. Ancak tüm bu teyitlere rağmen Dyson tarafında siparişim oluşmamış görünmektedir. Durumu Dyson ile paylaştım, dekontları ve referans numarasını da ilettim. Buna rağmen Dyson, kendilerine herhangi bir ödeme ulaşmadığını söylüyor ve bu ücretin kendilerine geçmediğini iddia ediyor. Banka teyitli elimde belge ve referans numarası olmasına rağmen, ödememin kabul edilmemesi ve siparişimin oluşturulmaması nedeniyle kendimi açıkça mağdur ve dolandırılmış hissediyorum. Ödemenin Hepsipay üzerinden havale ile gerçekleşen 4.999 TL tutarının acilen tarafıma iade edilmesini veya ödemenin kabul edilerek siparişimin oluşturulmasını talep ediyorum. Aksi durumda Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne başvuracağımı ve gerekli yasal yollara gideceğimi belirtmek isterim.

Extremely disappointed with @Dyson . Bought a refurbished unit directly from their official eBay shop, and it breaks down exactly 13 months later, just 4 weeks out of warranty. Customer service refuses any goodwill and demands €125 for repair. Premium price, poor durability?

My Dyson V11 trigger keeps getting stuck, and the only way to stop it is by opening the filter. Dyson asked me to replace it, so I used the spare filter I bought recently. Same issue. Their solution? Replace the filter again. Really, Dyson?@AskDyson

Hi @Dyson @AskDyson, wḧy don't you add LED lightning into the air distribution slit of your Dyson Purifiers? Dyson purfiers would become an art object. Would also be great to chose colors. (Sorry, AI didn't place the light perfectly into the air distribution slit. )

@AskDyson I’m extremely disappointed with my Dyson Pure Cool TP04. It is an expensive fan and air purifier, yet the physical controls apparently amount to little more than an on/off button. If the small proprietary remote is unavailable there is no way to adjust ANYTHING

@AskDyson my wife bought yr much touted hair straightener. It stopped working after 3 years v visited yr store in MOE they conviniently said its 3years old so its battery has died & cant be replaced/repaired. Such poor quality n design for $ 500. No 1 shud be buying this junk

@AskDyson My Dyson ventilator under guarantee 4JXEUCB8718A is not functionning well your support team on the phone said i have to carry it put it in a parcel and send it chronopost . This is the lousiest support for a product I ll never buy Dyson again I have three dyson ventilator the most expensive is not functioning well and i cannot carry it so somebody has to come from dyson Paris and pick it up this is the way a good marketing should be . Never again buy a Dyson product
