Leader of Opposition @RahulGandhi ji’s press conference on August 7th has opened a Pandora’s box - independent verifications which reveal shocking details of Vote Chori are emerging from all across India. Some outrageous revelations from Panvel Assembly constituency (188) in Raigad district of Maharashtra. 👉👉In the Assembly constituency of Panvel, there were two main candidates: Prashant Thakur (Mahayuti) and Balaram Patil (MVA). 👉👉After the shocking Lok Sabha results for the Mahayuti, there were rumours about large-scale voter duplications in a run up to the Assembly polls. ◼️◼️MVA candidate Patil uncovered a total of 85,211 voters registered more than once in the electoral rolls. ▪️25,855 names were in Panvel constituency alone, and were present in the roll twice, thrice, even four times. ▪️27,275 names present more than once in the electoral rolls of neighbouring Uran constituency. ▪️16,096 names appeared more than once in the Airoli constituency roll. ▪️15,397 voters were found to be listed both in the Panvel and the Belapur assembly rolls ▪️588 names were marked as dubious. ◼️◼️85,211 total duplicate rolls ➡️ Patil appealed to the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), who was also the Returning Officer for the election, to delete the duplicate names. But the SDO did nothing. ➡️ Patil then approached the Bombay High Court on September 26, 2024, for those names to be deleted. ➡️ The High Court asked the SDO to take an appropriate decision within two weeks. ➡️ Soon after, election dates were announced and the electoral rolls remained unchanged. ➡️ Voting took place on November 20. Results were announced on November 23. After finding out such large-scale duplication of voting, Patil mailed Chief Electoral Officer of Maharashtra and Chief Election Commissioner of India, in June. He has not heard back yet.
