Sign up for Emerald Club @Nationalcares @NationalPro so I can skip the line at LAX. Told no problem. Reservation still says to go to counter. Call and am told no, go to Emerald Isle. Call back to ask question and now told to go to counter. WTH? Worse experience ever. Ugh.

@NationalPro question. I’m emerald exec level; we get into Ontario tonight at 11:30pm. Counter closes at midnight. Usually I get to chose my own car so I should be able to just take a car even if counter is closed right?

A couple of weeks ago, I rented a vehicle from @NationalPro Seattle Airport for business, dropped it off and picked another one (seperate reservation) from the same location after dropping off the other vehicle and I didn’t earn a credit. The customer service rep. stated that; —>

@NationalPro at a loss of words. You have potentially the worst customer service of any major brand I have ever experienced. Can’t seem to get a response after filing five complaints over the course of 60 days and had to finally dispute the charge with American Express.

@NationalPro you are literally the worst car rental I’ve ever dealt with. Completey incompetent support. I booked they told me they would fix the experience i had and credit me. The booked my car told me my total was $87 repeatedly- today it shows over $400

@NationalPro been stuck on the side of the road in a rainstorm with an unrepairable tire for over four hours in a remote area of Scotland with no access to food and your roadside assistance team keeps pushing out the time we’ll get help. So unacceptable!
