@NationalPro Y’all got huge issues at CLT. My reservation for a vehicle is for tomorrow. Yet the location at CLT releases a vehicle today at 5:26 ET under my name and charge my credit card. This is unacceptable at all fronts. Absolute clown show.

@NationalPro I arrived at the Dallas airport Sunday. My rental got a flat. I changed the tire and I am trying to reach a person at the airport to set up a exchange. I'm here for work in Granbury over 50 miles away. I can't miss work. No one is answering the phone at the Airport.

After only booking @NationalPro for the last 7 years, I’m moving my entire #business travel spend to @Avis. Their manager at the #phl airport refused to allow me to drive most of their executive row over using a debit card. That policy has never been enforced anywhere else.

@NationalPro continuing to rip customers off. If a customer accidentally leaves something in the car (sunglasses), they will upcharge like crazy. $40.64 for it to be returned. Similar price: $6-7 on USPS, $8-9 on FedEx and UPS online. But their rate? Above $40.

@NationalPro I'm disappointed that I can't reach someone at customer service to report horrible service returning a car to CLT. None of the staff acknowledged me at all. I have no idea if the car was checked in. My reservation can't be found on the app or website. Disappointed.
