@Netspend Secondly I have opened netspend accounts before and never was asked for a social security card. That's why I chose you I thought it was a good choice... And it wasn't.

Do not use @Netspend you can’t speak to a representative for this piece of garbage company. You get trapped in Telephony and can’t get out unless you hang up. I made a mistake by using them, but will not make it again.
