@Netspend You guys literally just sent me a new card that transferred from my Paypal Prepaid account and I activated as instructed and used it several days. Now, not only did my funds not transfer over but card is dead too. Your system don’t even recognize now.

I just discovered the predatory actions of @Netspend debit cards. I was charged $5.95 per month for "Inactivity Fee" on the account. They depleted the card. I read a story where a mom got her son a $50.00 pre-paid card, and when he went to use it, only had a few bucks remaining.

@Netspend I've been using your card for over a decade. Yesterday why your average hold time over 90 minutes yesterday? And I selected the option for a call back and never received a call back? Today I've been on hold for 20 minutes, hold time said one minute.

@richplugkesh We do not play with peoples money. We cannot deposit what we do not have. We did not receive the vast majority of benefits payments until 4:35pm Central on 3/31. We deposit all monies as soon as we receive them. Thank you. - Erin
